In simple terms, aluminum alloy scaffolding step distance refers to the distance between the upper and lower horizontal bar axes, generally 1.8m. The so-called span refers to the axis distance between the neighbors, generally 1.5m; With the same span and synchronization, it indicates that the height between each layer is equal. And the distance between each pole is the same. In addition, the transverse distance refers to the distance between the inner and outer poles of the double-row scaffold. It can also be said that the row distance, namely the inner row and the outer row, can also be called the double row.

The horizontal distance of the vertical pole refers to the distance between the inside and outside of the double row of scaffolding. It is also right to call the row distance, that is, the inner row and the outer row, and it can also be more than double row, that is, single row and double row of scaffolding. The cross bar step distance refers to the vertical distance of the scaffold. Before, it is always said that one step and two step frame, because this is the operation surface of the workers, so vividly called "step"; The distance between the upper and lower bars is also called "step distance".

In addition, the bottom step distance of aluminum alloy scaffolding should not be greater than 2m, and the pole must be connected with the wall and the building reliably; At the same time, in addition to the top step of the vertical rod lengthening, the other layers of joints must be connected by docking deduction. Vertical distance refers to the distance between the same row of vertical rods, because the general single and double row Kunming aluminum alloy scaffolding length direction is longer, that is, longitudinal, so it is also called vertical distance; If the docking mode is adopted, the docking coupler shall be staggered. If the lap mode is adopted, the lap length shall not be less than 1m, and shall be fixed by not less than 2 rotating coupler. The distance between the edge of the cover plate of the end coupler and the end of the rod shall not be less than 100mm.
