Scaffold main body acceptance standard

Scaffolding is an important facility in civil engineering construction. It is a working platform or working channel set up to ensure the safety of high work and smooth construction. 

The main acceptance of scaffolding is calculated according to the construction needs, such as the installation of ordinary scaffolding pole spacing must be less than 2m; The spacing of large crossbar must be less than 1.8m; The spacing between small crossbars must be less than 2m. The scaffolding bearing the building must be checked and accepted according to the calculation requirements. The load of general scaffold shall not exceed 300kg per square meter, special scaffold must be calculated separately. Not more than two working faces in the same span. The vertical  deviation of the vertical pole should be accepted according to the height of the frame, and control its absolute difference at the same time: when the frame is less than 20 meters, the vertical pole deviation is not more than 5 cm. The height of the frame is between 20 meters and 50 meters, and the deviation of the vertical rod is no more than 7.5 centimeters. When the frame is taller than 50 meters, the deviation of the pole is not more than 10 centimeters. When the scaffold pole is long, in addition to the top of the top layer, lap joints can be used. The joints of the other layers and steps must be staggered with the butt coupler to connect the scaffold body: the joints of the two adjacent rods should not be set in the same span or synchronization; The distance between two adjacent joints in the horizontal direction should not be less than 500mm. The horizontal deviation of a row of large bars shall not be greater than 1/250 of the maximum length of the scaffold, and shall not be greater than 5 cm. The large bars shall not be set in the same span, and the outstretched frame body of the side bar of the scaffold shall be between 10-15 cm.
