The advantages of the steel structure used in the steel structure workshop

1. Review of construction drawings.

3. Welding process and site control.

Factory welding production should be strengthened inspection, control progress, factory processing production of steel components shall not be processed and produced on site. For example: H-beam welds should be cut and welded under factory conditions, cut on site. Weld quality and weld deformation cannot be controlled by welding, and the quality of inverted welding cannot be guaranteed by on-site welding. If the rods manufactured by the factory cannot be installed on site, they shall not be shortened or extended on site.

3. High mechanization degree of steel structure manufacturing and installation.

Steel structural members are easy to manufacture in a factory. Construction site assembly. The steel structure components have high precision and high production efficiency. Fast assembly speed, short construction period. Steel structure is the structure of industrialization degree.

4. Good sealing performance of steel structure.
