In construction engineering, the steel truss floor bearing plate is composed of steel bar, truss and floor slab. The factory adopts automatic welding equipment to process the steel bar into the steel truss, and then the steel truss and galvanized steel plate are welded into a whole, becoming the combined steel truss floor bearing plate. During construction, it is directly laid on the main and secondary beams, and then concrete is poured to form the steel truss floor bearing plate.

Because of the convenient and fast construction of the reinforced truss floor bearing plate, the energy consumption of formwork erection and demolition is greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency of the floor plate is fundamentally improved. So, why choose to use reinforced truss floor bearing plate?

First, the steel bar truss floor bearing plate manufacturing material economy, low comprehensive cost. The use of profiled steel plate is changed, the amount of steel used for profiled steel plate is reduced, the requirement for anti-corrosion galvanized layer of profiled steel plate is reduced, and the binding amount of reinforcement in construction site is greatly reduced. Compared with ordinary floor slabs, the larger steel truss floor slabs can be set to 4.8 meters without support plates, which require a large amount of temporary support. Reinforced truss slabs are very suitable for large-span slabs.

Second, can shorten the construction period, indirect cost savings. The reinforcement truss floor bearing plate can reduce the amount of reinforcement binding in the construction process and construct multiple floors at the same time, which not only saves time, but also greatly reduces the labor cost and management cost.

Third, reduce the later maintenance cost. The performance of the reinforced truss floor slab is basically the same as that of the traditional cast-in-place floor slab. Reinforcing bar truss floor bearing plate has a unique design concept. The German technology was introduced at that time, and the double flanging technology effectively enhanced the edge strength of the plate. In the process of transportation and construction, the edge is not easy to bend deformation, can ensure the product edge straight, the bottom die is easier to buckle, improve the bottom die grinding compactness, effectively prevent slurry leakage.

The steel truss floor bearing plate is processed by the factory's computer numerical control equipment, the size is adjustable, and two-way reinforcement can be completed without increasing the thickness of the floor plate. The template is light in weight, easy to carry, stack and install; The workload of the construction site is reduced, and the stiffness provided by the profiled steel plate is replaced by the stiffness provided by the steel truss during the construction process, reducing or eliminating the need for temporary support, thus providing greater stiffness for the floor and fundamentally improving the construction efficiency.
