Steel structure engineering in the construction link, there are many details need to pay attention to, especially in the installation link, we need to be in the installation before, during and after the installation of steel structure for careful operation and inspection.

1. Before the installation of steel structure processed members, the quality of steel members should be checked. If deformation or defect occurs, the steel members should be measured and corrected within the scope of allowable deviation according to the characteristics of the project. The welding of thick steel plate and dissimilar steel plate and the main technology of high strength bolt installation should be tested before installation and the corresponding construction technology key points should be prepared.

2. When the expansion assembly unit is used for installation, the strength and stability of steel members that are easy to deform should be checked, and reinforcement measures should be taken if necessary; When the steel members are installed comprehensively, they should be divided into several independent units. After the installation of all the steel members in each unit is completed, spatial steel units should be formed.

3. In the process of steel structure processing, the main components such as columns, beams, roofs and supports of steel members should be corrected and fixed immediately after they are installed in place. The steel components installed that day form a stable space system. When steel structure is installed and calibrated, corresponding adjustment measures should be taken according to the influence of external environment such as wind, temperature difference, sunshine and welding deformation.

4. When hoisting other components and equipment using the installed steel structure, the approval of the design unit should be obtained, and the calculation should be checked, and corresponding measures should be taken.

5. Steel structure processing, according to the design requirements of the top tight node, contact surface should be 70% of the surface close. Check with 0.3mm thick feeler rule, the sum of the areas that can be inserted shall not be greater than 30% of the total area of the contact top tight; The edge clearance does not exceed 0.8mm.

6. When installing high-strength bolts, the bolts should be freely inserted into the holes and cannot be used as temporary bolts. At the same time, the installation of high-strength bolts should be tightened in sequence, and should be screwed outwards from the bolt group center, and the final screwing should be completed on the same day.
