Precautions for steel grid installation

In fact, the installation of steel structure is not particularly complex. The most important thing is to consider the completion of the steel grid design in the early stage, without mistakes in the drawings, and then arrange the staff to install the drawings by sections. There are some points that need to be paid attention to during the installation process.

Assembly of the lower string rod and the lower string ball: according to the serial number of the mounting ball, fix the lower string ball first, select the correct specification of the connecting lower string rod and the other end of the leveling, and then carry out the touch welding.

Assembly of the belly rod: when installing the belly rod, the part of the upper chord rod and the lower chord rod must be effective, and then electric welding is carried out. The composition of the belly rod and the winding ball becomes a downward square cone. All the high-strength bolts connected with the belly rod and the winding ball are tightened. The bottom of the belly rod is connected with the lower string ball to carry out touch welding.

The assembly of winding rod: three winding rods constitute the established upward four-cone system. The installation order of winding rod is from inward to outward, according to the installed cone of the abdominal rod, and the high-strength bolts are tightened in turn.

Transport the steel grid parts to the installation platform for scattered accumulation, and install them according to the serial number of the instructions. In order to ensure that the center line of steel grid installation is appropriate, the steel grid is connected with the matching support plate first, and then the rubber bearing is installed from one side to the other side to reduce the deviation.

In our installation process, accidents may happen all the time, and the characteristic of steel grid design building is that every connection point may affect the whole, so be sure to check the tightening of anchor bolts, welding quality, support plate point center line error, etc., anytime and anywhere.
