2, it is the choice of economic and reliable steel structure plant reinforcement countermeasures.

The selection of reinforcement scheme should consider the bearing conditions of the structure and the ground stress characteristics after reinforcement. From the perspective of ensuring the rationalization and reliability of the decoration planning structure, the strengthening countermeasures are selected which are beneficial to the construction. For example, the connection technology of old and new structures or raw materials should be selected, and the comprehensive performance index should be considered according to the current level of reinforcement construction as far as possible. Due to the large-scale disassembly and assembly of the steel structure workshop, serious damage to the prefabricated components is very simple, and the connection between the old and new structures is not simple.

4. Quality management of reinforcement construction in steel structure workshop.

In the reinforcement construction, it is necessary to improve the detection of the specific structure, accurately grasp the specific situation and damage of the current structure, timely eliminate hidden dangers. The technical countermeasures to improve quality control include steel structure manufacturing, welding, installation, screw connection, anticorrosive and fireproof coating and platen installation. During the whole reinforcement process, if any inconsistency is found with the test result, preventive measures should be taken immediately to ensure the reliability of the reinforcement plan to a large extent, and the reinforcement plan should be delivered after quality acceptance.
