Installation sequence of steel structure plate of grid frame

1. Check whether the purlin is installed correctly and firmly, and whether the steel members are painted without leakage.

2. Before installation, according to the typesetting diagram of the pressed steel plate, pile it up by type and classification. The molded steel plate faces up, the lap edge faces the installed roof edge, and is placed along the roof frame beam, manually.

3. The steel structure truss roof board is laid by the roof cornice. In the installation process to cornice line straight as a reference, pull line positioning check. Two adjacent plate end dislocation difference can not be greater than 8mm, the slope of the roof plate is perpendicular to the base line of the cornice.

4. Starting from one end of the roof, place a piece of roof bottom plate installation position line. Lay a pressing steel plate and fix it with screws after checking. After the last molded steel plate is fixed in place.

5. Install and place the next piece of profiled steel plate, and place the lap edge on the previous piece of profiled steel plate accurately during installation. In order to make the installation position accurate, clamp with the former piece of compression steel plate, the two ends of the compression steel plate are fixed, and then fixed with screws.

6. The vertical lap length of the pressed steel plate is not less than 250mm. The lap position is located at the roof purlin. The lap is sealed with sealant and a row of waterproof rivets, and then fixed with screws.

7. Install the profiled-steel plate in place with the above method. For each installation of 4 profiled-steel plates, check the flatness of both ends of the profiled-steel plate. If there is any error, adjust it in time.

8. After a certain number of roof bottom plate installation, start the installation of roof panel support, support and purlin fixed with screws. Then lay thermal insulation foam. Ensure that the thermal insulation foam is tightly installed.

9. The installation of the steel structure grid roof panel is basically synchronized with the thermal insulation foam. Lay a thermal insulation foam and install a roof panel.
