Fire performance of steel structure workshop

First, steel structure reinforcement.

Second, improve the fire performance of steel structure workshop.

Iron and steel directly affect the fire resistance of steel structure workshop. Because steel is not resistant to high temperature, its strength will be significantly reduced in high temperature environment, resulting in deformation and even failure of steel structure members. Therefore, it is necessary to make the fire resistance of steel structure workshop reach the maximum limit to avoid immediate collapse in fire. In addition to improving the fire resistance of steel structure workshop, spraying method can also be used to improve the fire resistance of steel structure, change the steel structure and metallographic structure, improve the fire resistance and weather resistance of steel structure. Spraying method can also be used to improve the fire resistance of steel structure in construction, reasonable design of spraying thickness, spraying according to the design value. Spraying method is economical and effective construction method, construction speed, especially suitable for complex shape steel members. However, this method has some disadvantages such as rough surface and difficult cleaning, so it needs to be modified by some design methods in construction.

Steel structure workshop surface directly exposed to the atmosphere, easy to rust, damp environment and the existence of corrosive medium will accelerate the corrosion of steel structure workshop. Therefore, in the design of steel structure workshop, we must pay attention to the anti-rust treatment of each component, combined with the corrosion medium and environmental conditions of steel structure, strengthen the design of steel structure general drawing, process layout, material selection and other aspects, to ensure the safety of the structure during the test. Considering the difference of environment and coating properties, the amount and thickness of anti-rust primer and topcoat should be applied to give full play to the anti-rust effect of the coating.

Fourth, roof and support design.

In order to improve the overall stiffness of steel structure workshop, ensure the overall stability, avoid excessive deformation of steel structure members and pressure bar instability and other problems. Steel structure support system needs to design reasonable form, equipment layout, temperature section length and other factors to ensure its stability and reliability. But because the temperature section of steel structure workshop in the stable column should be set up support system, and coordinated layout of the implementation of horizontal roof support. The lower column support of the steel structure plant needs to be located in the middle of the temperature zone, so that the crane beam and other components can be freely expanded to both ends of the cross section with the change of temperature. In the steel structure site, temperature change will cause deformation and produce temperature stress. In the case of large steel structure site plane size, in order to avoid large temperature stress, it is necessary to set up reasonable temperature expansion joints in the vertical and horizontal directions of steel structure site. Usually, the longitudinal temperature expansion joint can be set on the bracket of the roof by setting the double column for temperature expansion joint processing.
