1. If the screw thread of the bolt is damaged, it can not be screwed into the nut at will,  which will affect the installation of the bolt.

1, cause analysis: thread button corrosion is serious.

2. Solutions:

Steel frame bolts must be selected before use,  and preset after cleaning and removing rust. Bolts damaged by thread can not be used as temporary bolts,  do not forcibly insert screw holes. Preset bolt assemblies must be stored in a complete set and cannot be exchanged  during use.

Ii. Welding phenomenon on site: it is difficult to guarantee the quality;  Acoustic testing is not used for the first and second grade welds that must be fully penetrated;  The main girders and columns on the floor are not welded;  Arc starting plate is not used for welding.

1, solution:  before welding steel structure, check the welding rod certificate,  according to the design requirements of the welding rod,  according to the operation manual and procedures to use the welding rod,  welding rod shall not have cracks and welds. Surface of weld, weld should not have blow hole, slag, crater crack,  the first layer should not have to bite side, weld, owe problems such as filling,  primary and secondary weld will be effected according to the requirements for nondestructive testing,  welder must be stipulated in the weld and location for inspection, unqualified welds shall not, without the processing,  the modified process is determined, the same number of parts repair welding shall not exceed two times.

3. The surface of the bolt equipment does not meet the requirements,  making it difficult to install the bolt or the tightening degree of the bolt does not meet the design requirements.

There are floating rust, oil stains and other impurities on the surface of the steel frame,  and there are burrs and welds on the bolt holes. The bolt mounting surface still has problems after treatment.

2. Solutions:

Rust,  grease and defects in bolt holes need to be cleaned one by one. Rust prevention treatment must be carried out before  use,  so the bolts used in assembly should not be used for formal assembly. Bolts must be kept and distributed by special  personnel. When handling the installation surface,  the construction and installation sequence should be considered to avoid repeated operations on the steel structure and  be fixed as far as possible before hoisting.
