The construction of the steel structure workshop is mainly composed of four major parts: foundation embedded parts, steel columns and beams, wall roofs, and steel roofs. When designing steel structures, the specified design content must be completed. Regarding the selection of the structural scheme, it can be carried out according to the relevant theory and engineering practice experience in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The material selection stipulates the cross-sectional design of the main force-bearing members, the relevant provisions of the connection and joint design, the unified provisions related to earthquake resistance, and the steel structure. Points for attention in steel structure processing：
1. It must be carried out in accordance with the process of the processing technology. When there is a hidden weld, it must be welded first before it can be inspected;
2. When assembling, the welding of small parts should be carried out first, and the large parts should be assembled after correction to prevent the deformation of large parts;
3. When the parts are assembled and the parts are qualified, the oil stains, dirt, etc. should be removed within the range of 30-50mm from the edge;
4. When assembling the mold, it is necessary to consider the shrinkage of the pre-release welding and the processing allowance;
 
  
 
 

 

5. When the steel structure is processed, it is required to polish the top-tight parts to reach 75% of the contact surface;
6. The processed parts should be numbered, and the drawing number, component number, etc. should be clearly written to facilitate the search;
7. The assembly and welding of plates and sections should also be carried out in an orderly manner. For example, the hidden parts of components need to be painted in advance.
