Membrane water wall refers to the water wall composed of airtight tube panels welded by flat steel and pipes. The membrane water-cooled wall can ensure the good tightness of the furnace, and for negative pressure boilers, it can significantly reduce the air leakage coefficient of the furnace and improve the combustion conditions in the furnace. It can increase the effective radiation heating area, thereby saving steel consumption.
· The membrane type water cooling wall has the most complete protection effect on the furnace wall, so the furnace wall only needs thermal insulation materials and no refractory materials, which greatly reduces the thickness and weight of the furnace wall, simplifies the structure of the furnace wall, and reduces the total weight of the boiler.
·Membrane water-cooled wall also has good air tightness, which can meet the requirements of positive pressure combustion of boilers, is not easy to slagging, has less air leakage, reduces heat loss from exhaust smoke, and improves boiler thermal efficiency.
·The factory directly installs the boiler membrane water wall, which improves the initial integration of boiler parts and reduces the installation workload.
·The combustion chamber is fully water-cooled, and the membrane water-cooled wall of the boiler accessories is beneficial to prevent coking under supplementary combustion conditions.
·The heat storage capacity is small, the combustion chamber heats up quickly, and cools down quickly, which can shorten the cooling time when the furnace is opened and shut down.
·It is better to use the top-supported water-cooled wall, which can reduce the load of the boiler frame and is conducive to overhanging.
·Membrane water walls increase the heat absorption capacity of the tubes compared to bare tubes.
·The boiler adopts membrane wall structure, which is easy to maintain, and the service life of the boiler can be greatly improved.
