Boiler slag removal system

The pulverized coal industrial boiler refers to a new type of coal-fired industrial boiler with "pulverized coal combustion technology" as the core. The pulverized coal ground to 200 mesh fineness can fully remove impurities during the grinding process; the coal has fine particle size, easy to ignite, and high volatile content, which can improve the burnout rate; low ash content of the coal can reduce the dust removal load.
 
The slag is arranged under the lower header of the boiler, and its main function is to store the slag accidentally and absorb the expansion of the boiler water wall. Under normal circumstances, the slag has a storage volume not less than 4 hours of slag discharge under the MCR condition, and the slag well supporting method usually adopts an independent supporting type
 
 

·Centralized supply of pulverized coal: pulverized coal is centrally ground and supplied by the pulverizing plant, and the quality of pulverized coal is stable.
 
·Friendly working environment: the whole system operates in a closed manner, with automatic coal loading, centralized ash discharge, and no dust escape.
 
·The boiler is easy to start and stop: the boiler system can be turned on and off immediately, and the ignition source can be cut off within 30 seconds to enter normal operation; the boiler can be stopped by cutting off the supply of pulverized coal.
 
·High level of measurement and control: automatic monitoring and adjustment of operating parameters, so that the system is in the best operating state; at the same time, the labor intensity and the influence of human factors on the boiler operation are reduced.
 
·Save land: Cancel the coal yard and slag yard beside the boiler house to save land and investment.
 
·High efficiency and energy saving: the pulverized coal is fully burned, the boiler heat exchange effect is good, the excess air coefficient is small, and the thermal efficiency of the system is high; the inverter is equipped with a frequency converter for the electrical equipment with high power, and the power saving effect is obvious.
·Clean emission: The pulverized coal boiler can implement desulfurization in the furnace, and the burner adopts the low-temperature air classification design, the combustion temperature field is uniform, the local high temperature is avoided, and the SO2 and NOX content generated during the combustion process are low; The fly ash collected by the bag filter is discharged through a closed system for centralized treatment and utilization without secondary pollution.
