Description

Adjustable pulverized coal distributor successfully solved the problem of uneven distribution of pulverized coal in the direct-fired pulverizing system. Widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, building materials, ships, paper machinery, heat treatment and other industries.The pulverized coal enters the inner cavity of the distributor from the conveying pipeline. Due to the sudden increase in volume and the specially designed curved surface angle, the pulverized coal enters each branch pipe of the distributor evenly by using the principle of aerodynamics, so that the resistance of the equipment is minimized and the friction coefficient changes. Small, greatly improve the service life of the equipment. Compared with the prior art, the device has the characteristics of reasonable structure design, small size and firmness, good overall sealing performance of the device, uniform distribution, continuous and stable effect, and the like.

The pulverized coal distributor divides the pulverized coal flow into two or more, which can be adjusted according to the needs of customers: then the two streams are led to the thick chamber and the thin chamber respectively, and each chamber can be divided into several branches (usually 4 branches) . The concentration branch is communicated with the corresponding dilution chamber through its adjustable mechanism, and then sent into the furnace through the dilution pipe. The diluted branch also has a mechanism for airflow regulation. The principle of the distributor is to make the volume of pulverized coal and air equal through the adjustable mechanism of thick and thin branches.
